Are you committed to providing high-quality, nurturing care and education for young children? We’re seeking an experienced, reliable, and creative Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who champions inclusive practice, demonstrates strong emotional intelligence, and enjoys working collaboratively to support each child’s development.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that support learning across all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Observe, assess, and record children’s progress, using observations to inform next steps and share information with parents and colleagues.
Build positive, respectful relationships with children and families, demonstrating strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
Adapt approaches to meet individual needs, including supporting additional needs and promoting inclusive practice.
Maintain a safe, hygienic, and stimulating environment; follow safeguarding procedures and contribute to risk assessments.
Work collaboratively with the team, attend regular meetings, and participate in training and continuous professional development.
Key Qualities We’re Looking For:
Hold a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification.
Strong emotional intelligence and a calm, patient approach to care.
Ability to adapt practice to support individual children and diverse families.
Creative thinker with enthusiasm for play-based learning and sustainability.
Good communication and team-working skills.

To be eligible you must hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification. You must be able to work full time and be adaptable in your start and finish times (our nursery is open from 7.30am-6pm so hours will be within this).
