Salary: £50k with OTE to £55k

We’re looking for a hands-on, creative Marketing lead to help grow Nurtured Childcare and drive occupancy across our nurseries.
As part of our SLT, reporting to the CEO, you’ll deliver day-to-day marketing activity, run digital campaigns, produce engaging content, and support each nursery with high-quality local marketing. If you’re organised, proactive, and love making things happen, you’ll thrive here. This is the perfect role for anyone who has plenty of hands on experience and is ready for their step in to management. You will be building the function from the ground up with freedom to build out the team as we grow.

Nurtured Childcare are an award-winning nursery group, where children really are at the centre of what we do and we like to think outside of the box to bring new and exciting activities to our nurseries. We are scaling fast via acquisition, so there are a lot of exciting things in the pipeline.
Role Overview:
This is a practical, execution-focused marketing role for someone who can run campaigns, produce strong content, and keep our brand consistent across all sites. You will manage day-to-day marketing activity, support local nursery marketing, and deliver initiatives that directly improve parent enquiries and occupancy.
You’ll work as part of our senior leadership team to ensure our marketing is high-quality, effective, and aligned with our growth plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing
Manage paid and organic social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google.
Manage website updates, landing pages, and conversion optimisation.
Produce and schedule content across all platforms, ensuring it is aligned to brand tone and messaging.
Local Nursery Marketing
Support each nursery with local marketing plans to drive enquiries and occupancy.
Create posters, leaflets, digital assets, open day campaigns, and local community outreach materials.
Track and support nursery-level enquiry, show arounds, and enrolment performance.
Content & Creative
Co-ordinate and produce engaging content: photos, videos, blogs, newsletters, and parent comms.
Manage photography/videography sessions across nurseries.
Maintain brand consistency across all materials and touchpoints.
Campaign Management
Deliver campaigns for open days, recruitment pushes, and new site launches.
Manager PPC, SEO, and specialist marketing as required.
Monitor and report on campaign performance against clear KPIs.
Analytics & Reporting
Track enquiries, leads, and marketing channel performance using CRM and analytics tools.
Prepare monthly marketing dashboards for the SLT
Proactively recommend improvements based on data.
Internal & External Communications
Support parent communications, newsletter creation, and social media responses.
Manage local PR opportunities and community partnerships.
What we're looking for:
3–5+ years in marketing, with hands-on digital experience.
Experience in a consumer-facing, multi-site, or service-based environment preferred.
Confident using social advertising platforms, website CMS tools, and CRM/email systems.
Strong content creation, copywriting, and visual communication skills.
