💷 Salary: £12.71 per hour
🕘 Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

The Role:

As an Early Years Practitioner, you’ll play a vital role in supporting your key children and creating a warm, nurturing and stimulating environment where they can flourish.

You’ll be their games maker, singing partner, adventure companion and trusted source of guidance and reassurance as they learn and discover something new every day.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Build strong, trusting relationships with your key children and their families.

• Create fun, imaginative experiences that encourage children to explore, play and learn.

• Support children as they develop confidence, independence and new skills.

• Go on magical explorations as children create fantasy worlds in our gardens and beautifully designed rooms.

• Observe and document children’s experiences and development, sharing meaningful feedback with parents.

• Follow the EYFS curriculum and deliver experiences to the highest possible standards.

• Continue developing your own knowledge and qualifications with the support of experienced colleagues.

Essential

• Level 2 Early Years qualification.

• A genuine passion for early childhood education and development.

• The ability to work as part of a supportive team.

• Willingness to learn and develop within your early years career.
